From a student to the Deputy Chairman of the Board

Good afternoon!
With you Tatyana Balesna, and today I want to share with you the story of my career path in the banking sector.
My journey began back in during my student years, when I worked in the Credit Department of the then "Maritime Transport Bank," and I really could not have imagined then that this would be my first and only job until today.

It was a time of intensive study and acquisition of the first professional skills. Since then, I have come a long way, filled with new projects and challenges. Continuous learning and self-development have become important components of my professional growth.

As deputy chairman of the board, I have the ability to innovate and improve our processes. This is a new level of challenge and opportunity, and I look forward to taking on these challenges. I am proud of what I have been able to achieve in my career and I am grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way!
