«MTB BANK» in accordance with Art. 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine announces a Public Offer to conclude a Bank Deposit Agreement with the aim of providing individuals with banking services, the terms and conditions of which are defined in the Bank Deposit Agreement.

«MTB BANK» in accordance with Art. 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine announces a Public Offer for the conclusion of a bank account agreement and the provision of remote banking services for the purpose of providing banking services to individuals whose terms and conditions of provision are specified in the Bank Account Agreement and the provision of remote banking services.

«MTB BANK» acting according to the articles 641 and 644 of the Civil Code of Ukraine puts forward this Public offer and takes the responsibilities for individuals, accepting it to render banking services in the order and under the conditions foreseen by the Agreement on established Bank's rates which are integral part of the agreement and provided on the web site of the Bank.

«MTB BANK» in accordance with Art. 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine announces a Public Offer to conclude a Contract on banking services for individuals in the provision of consumer loans in order to provide banking services to individuals, the terms and conditions for the provision of which are defined in the Agreement on banking services for individuals in the provision of consumer loans.

«MTB BANK» in accordance with Articles 633, 634, 641, 644 of the Civil Code of Ukraine announces a public offer (offer) to conclude an Agreement on the provision of funds transfer services in order to provide financial services, the conditions and procedure for the provision of which are defined in the Service Agreement to transfer funds.

By card number, by account details (IBAN), by phone of the Recipient
