Documentation expertise

While conducting export and import operations for customers, PJSC "MTB BANK" carries out preliminary expertise of the following documents:

• Contracts,
• Invoices,
• Nominations,
• Specifications,

 The documents may be provided by e-mail, fax or by the customers personally.

The bank specialists identify mistakes and shortcomings in documents; determine the points of contracts that do not meet the requirements of the currency legislation of Ukraine. 

According to the results of the expertise, the bank's specialist makes a preliminary conclusion about the possibility of making payments according to the provided contracts (documents).

Providing information at the bank customer’s request

 Specialists of  PJSC "MTB BANK" provide the following services:

• Carrying out of works with an electronic base of registers of Cargo Customs Declarations;
• Providing information at the customer's request on registers of Cargo Customs Declarations in the form of a bank certificate;
• Providing information on the ССD registries at the bank's request, according to currency legislation.

Receipt of the Cost Examination Act

Provision of assistance and counselling on the procedure for obtaining a cost examination act from DerzhZovnishInform in case of payment for services under foreign economic contract, the amount of which (or the total amount of payments in favor of one non-resident) exceeds 100,000.00 euros.
