СHAIRMAN OF BOARD

Has years of experience in the area of banking services, he joined the bank employees’ team in 1998.

 He was appointed to the position of Chairman of Board in October 2017. Prior to this, from 2005, he had been serving as Deputy Chairman of Board in Corporate Business.

Education:

• Odesa State Polytechnic University (1998) – Specialist in management in the manufacturing sector

DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF BOARD

Has 20 years of experience in the area of banking services, he has been working in this institution from 1995.

Since 2004 he has been serving as Deputy Chairman of Board of the bank, prior to this he had been responsible for various fields of bank’s activity, and now he is engaged in treasury and retail business  trends.

Education:

• Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, France (2008) – Master of Business-Administration;
• Odesa National Economic University, Ukraine (1997) - Master of Enterprise Economy

DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF BOARD

His professional experience in banking services is 27. He joined the MTB bank team in 1997.

Since 2012 he had been serving as the Head of Department of Corporate Business. He was appointed as Deputy Chairman of Board in September 2019, he oversees the net development and retail sales process.

Education:

• Odesa National Economic University (its previous name – Odesa National Economy Institute, 1997 ), Master (majoring in «Accounting and auditing»)

DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF BOARD

She was appointed to this position in 2018. She is engaged in bank credit risks assessment and control.  

She has 27 year of experience in banking services, she joined bank employees’ team in 1997, in 2005 she was appointed to the position of Head of Department of Credit Assessment.

Education:

• Odesa National Economic University, Ukraine (1997) – Master in the area of accounting auditing

DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF BOARD

His professional experience in banking services is 16 years. He joined the MTB bank team in 2018.

He heads some e-commerce trends, trends of innovations in payment area, business-payment cards, inhouse-processing set development, development of mobile applications and payment services for clients.

Previosly he worked in UnicreditBank, BankVostok  and Bank Center.

Education:

• SDA Bocconi (Milan 2012).  Risk Diploma Architecture Development, Management Risk. Сonstruction of rating (scoring) system for SME. Odesa National Economic University, Ukraine  (1997) – Master of Bank Management

MEMBER OF BOARD, HEAD OF DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL MONITORING

She has been holding this position since 2005, she is a Bank’s employee responsible for financial monitoring.

Has 19 years of experience in the area of banking services, he joined the bank employees’ team in 1999.

Education:

• Odesa National Economic University  (1999) – Master in Finance and Credit

MEMBER OF BOARD, DIRECTOR FOR CORPORATE CLIENTS

Has a сonsiderable experience in banking services.  She joined МТB bank team in 2018, and in 2022 she was appointed to the position of Member of Board.

• Odesa National Economic University   (2000) - master (specialty "finance and credit")
