Dear customers, if you are the owners of current accounts and current accounts using payment cards of PJSC "MTB BANK" without a balance on the account and do not use them for 12 consecutive months from the date of the last operation, then we inform you that these accounts are subject to closure in accordance with part 2 of Article 1075 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and clause 4.12. Section II of the Public Offer to conclude an agreement on comprehensive banking services for individuals. In case of activation (resumption of the movement of funds on the account) before September 08, 2023, the account will NOT be closed.
To activate, we recommend that you carry out any profitable or settlement operation on such an account for an arbitrary amount by September 08, 2023.
If the movement of funds on the account is not resumed before September 08, 2023 PJSC "MTB BANK" will consider that the Client has agreed to terminate the agreement and close the account in accordance with clause 4.13. section II of the Public offer to conclude an agreement on comprehensive banking services for individuals.

From 12/27/2022, Clients who opened accounts using payment cards before 05/26/2016 to receive pensions and social benefits, as well as Clients served under the "Care" tariff package, were transferred to the "Card for receiving payments" tariff package (pension/social benefits)».
