Tariffs of the depository institution

Dear Depositors of MTB BANK PJSC Depository Institution,

we draw your attention to the need to renegotiate the Agreements on servicing the securities account concluded with the depository institution of PJSC "MTB BANK" by June 20, 2019.

The conclusion of the Agreement on servicing the securities account is made by joining the Depositor to the Terms of the Agreement proposed by PJSC MTB BANK in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Commercial Code of Ukraine.
To join the Terms of the Agreement, the Depositor sends to the address of PJSC "MTB BANK" (or provides in another convenient way for the Depositor, for example, through a courier service or personally authorized representative of the Depositor) Application for joining the Terms of the Agreement.
