Depository institution services
The depository institution of PJSC "MTB BANK" carries out professional activity on the stock market - depository activity on the basis of licenses issued by the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market:
The depository institution of PJSC "MTB BANK" is a client of the Central Depository (PJSC "National Depository of Ukraine"), the depository of the National Bank of Ukraine, as well as a member of the Professional Association of Market Capital and Derivatives Participants.
The depository institution of PJSC "MTB BANK" offers a full range of depository services to individuals and legal entities (both residents and non-residents of Ukraine), as well as joint investment institutions.

Services to Depositors

Opening and maintaining securities accounts;

Making changes to the details of the securities account by order of the account administrator;

Servicing of the circulation of securities on Depositors' securities accounts;

All types of blocking (encumbrance) of securities;

Information operations, including issuance of securities account statements and other reference documents;

Other types of services are provided for by legislation regulating the issue of depository activities, including information and advisory services on issues of securities circulation, certification of powers of attorney for participation in general meetings of shareholders, etc.
To issuers, to ensure the existence of securities in electronic form, services are provided in accordance with the Agreement on maintenance of accounts in the securities of owners

Opening and maintaining the accounts of the owners of the Issuer's securities in accordance with the requirements of the Decision of the NKCPFR No. 47 dated 22.01.;

Issuance of statements and other notices to the owners of securities at the order of the Issuer in the cases stipulated by the law and the terms of the contract;

Other types of services are provided by legislation for Issuers, including information and advisory services on issues of securities circulation, organization and information and advisory provision of holding meetings of Issuers' shareholders, transmission of electronic requests from Issuers to the Central Depository, receipt of consolidated accounting registers from the Central Depository for Issuers owners of the Issuers' shares and other certificates.
Services to joint investment institutes

opening and maintaining accounts of joint investment institutes (hereinafter referred to as CII)
-
implementation of depository accounting of securities, storage of CII assets in the form of securities that are not maintained by the depository system, as well as documents confirming ownership of CII assets in other forms;
-
execution of orders (assignments) of the asset management company (hereinafter - AMC), regarding the requirements for the composition of the assets of the ISI;
-
carrying out control over the activities of the AMC to the extent provided by the legislation regarding the procedure for calculating the value of net assets, placement and redemption of CII securities, directions of use of profits received on CII assets;
-
certification of the certificate on the value of the net assets of the CII and providing information on the results of the verification of the correctness of the calculations of the net asset value to the supervisory board of the corporate investment fund (hereinafter referred to as the CIF) or the AMC of the mutual investment fund in the manner stipulated by the contract for the service of the depository institution of the CII;

implementation of other tasks assigned by law to the depository institution regarding the maintenance of CII (equity and corporate investment funds).
