What is PIN

PIN (personal identification number) represents a 4-digits number and is actually a password of a card holder, his electronic signature.

PIN-code is generated automatically by the application of the cards personalization and is printed on the inside of the sealed envelope, and then is handed to the card holder. The only person to know the PIN code shall be the person, who opened the envelope.

Usually the PIN code is needed to identify the lawful card holder during the procedure of cash acquisition and sometimes – during payments in the shop. It’s better to memorize your PIN-code. In no event write your PIN code on the card or tell it to somebody. If you have forgotten your PIN code, please contact the bank to restore it.

Attention! 

If you enter the wrong PIN three times, the card is automatically blocked.

To unlock the card you need to contact the nearest branch of the bank.
