I always choose to do what I enjoy

Hello friends!

I am Hennadiy Tyshchenko, Deputy Chairman of the Board of MTB Bank, and today I want to share with you a few moments of my life and philosophy.

I joined the MTB Bank team way back in 1997, and since then my life has revolved around finance.
Since 2012, I have been the head of the Corporate Business Department, and since September 2019, I have the honor of being the Deputy Chairman of the Board.

Why did I choose this path? Because working with numbers fascinates and fascinates me. It's like magic – observe how indicators change, make decisions and see their results. My vocation – forward, and there is something symbolic about that for me. I always try to move forward without stopping at what I have achieved.
Insistence, determination and business-likeness – here are three qualities that help me succeed. Although, I confess, sometimes I lack patience, but this only motivates me to work on myself.

Daily activity  – it's another part of my life that I can't imagine my day without. Swimming, exercising in the morning for 30 minutes, and going for walks in nature help me stay in shape and conserve energy. After all, a healthy body – it is the key to success in any business.

My ideal day? It is a day when decisions bring positive results. Every success inspires me to move on and look for new challenges.

I like to see how our bank adapts, becomes a sustainable and reliable player on the market, ahead of modernity. My advice to young people: choose what you really enjoy. Communicate with people who share your passion, learn foreign languages ​​and don't be afraid to make decisions.
And most importantly – avoid lazy people, because they can hinder your development.
