The government program "SvitloDim" is now available with MTB Bank

MTB Bank has joined the implementation of the state program «SvitloDim», aimed at increasing the energy independence of apartment buildings in conditions of possible power outages.

The program allows OSBBs, housing cooperatives and managers of apartment buildings to attract state financial assistance to install backup power equipment and ensure stable operation of key building systems.

The list of such systems includes lighting of common areas, water supply, heating, communications and elevator operation - everything that is critically important for the functioning of the housing infrastructure.

Terms of participation in the program

At the current stage, the program «SvitloDim» operates in the city of Kyiv, Kyiv and Kharkiv regions and is gradually expanding to other regions of Ukraine.

Within the framework of the program, co-owners of apartment buildings can receive state financial assistance in the amount of:

• 100 thousand UAH — for buildings up to 6 floors
• 200 thousand UAH — for buildings 7-16 floors
• 300 thousand UAH — for buildings with 17 floors or more, buildings with boiler rooms, as well as buildings with 4-16 floors (inclusive) with 3 or more entrances

The funds can be used to purchase equipment to ensure the autonomous operation of the building, in particular:
generators, inverters, batteries, energy storage systems or solar panels.

Applying is as simple as possible — online via the website svitlodim.gov.ua and the electronic account on the Diia portal.

After the application is reviewed and the decision is made by the commission of the Ministry of Community and Territories Development of Ukraine, the funds are transferred to a special account opened in a partner bank of the program. The funds are to be used exclusively for the intended purpose.

Participation of MTB Bank in the «SvitloDim program» is part of the bank's systematic work to support state initiatives and the development of sustainable housing infrastructure.

Within the framework of the program, we provide:

✔️ for sole proprietors it is possible to open online  in the MTB-360 application 
✔️ support for settlements and financial transactions
✔️ reliable banking infrastructure for using state support

The government program «SvitloDim» is implemented by the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine with the participation of partner banks.
