I am Rostyslav Ivanov, deputy chairman of the board MTB Bank.

I want to tell a little about myself and my views on life and work.

In 1997, I graduated from Odessa State University of Economics. Loved mathematics and analytics since childhood, which led me to economics. gave me the opportunity to look at business from a global perspective.
My journey at MTB BANK began in 1995, and for these years I have seen how the bank grows and develops together with us. My work – it's not just numbers and strategies, but also the opportunity to create something new and important for our customers.
What motivates me every day? Love for life and people. I always try to stay optimistic and help others. I believe that a sense of humor – it’s an integral part of a successful life, because it helps overcome difficulties and makes our everyday life brighter.
My advice for young people: Believe in yourself, don't be afraid to dream and take risks. Life – it's a journey, and every day – new opportunity Let your ambition and perseverance be your main allies.
