MTB Bank, together with the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy Defenders Leadership Center, held a Charity Breakfast for the bank's clients

During the meeting, the Center team presented the management development program «Leadership and Resilience», aimed at strengthening the leadership and management potential of veterans.

The event was attended by Sergiy Kvit, President of NaUKMA, Hennadiy Zubko, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NaUKMA, Yana Chapailo, Director of the Center, Mariya Savrun, Director of Development of the Center, as well as Yuriy Kralov, Chairman of the Board of MTB Bank.

The idea to support the program arose after Yuriy Kralov met the Center team while studying at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. The initiative responded to the vision of business as a socially responsible partner in creating a conscious society.

«We are convinced that business can be an active participant in change. Supporting veterans' educational programs is a form of gratitude and at the same time an investment in the stability of the state», – noted Yuriy Kralov.

Sergiy Kvit emphasized: «Developing the leadership potential of veterans and active military personnel through education, mentoring, and creating a support community is one of the key aspects of the NaUKMA development strategy, where the programs of the Leadership Center and its partners will convert the experience of war into the experience of qualitative change in the country».
