MTB BANK is a winner of the XIII-th All – Ukrainian contest "BANK OF THE YEAR-2021"

MTB BANBK became the winner in the All-Ukrainian contest "BANK OF THE YEAR" held by the International Financial Club "BANKER".

The award in the category "For mutual support, sociability and honesty in relations with customers" is pleasant and responsible at the same time. Over the past year, the Bank has taken a big step in digitalizing its services, introduced the new MTV360 mobile application to the market, integrated its processes with the ‘Diya’ application and allowed customers to interact with the Bank remotely and securely.

"We do everything possible to ensure that our customers receive the best, most advanced  service," said Ilya Klimovich, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, receiving the award. "Next year we will be happy to meet such a high title both in terms of Service and Customer experience."

International Financial Club "BANKER", experts, members of the club in partnership and with the support of the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Independent Association of the Banks of Ukraine (NABU), the Association of Ukrainian Banks (AUB), the Association of Insurance Business (ASB), the University of Banking, the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine, as well as the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovative Companies, the Ukrainian Association of Payment Systems (UAPs) emphasize that contenders for the victory were evaluated exclusively on principles of openness, transparency, reliability, business reputation and professionalism. These basic qualitative criteria became the basis for determining the winners of the competition.
