Cashback on fuel: how it works and who is eligible

In response to rising prices, the state has expanded the program «National Cashback» for fuel — this is a partial compensation for refueling costs, which is aimed at supporting those who use transport every day.

Cashback amount:

When purchasing fuel at gas stations participating in the program, citizens can receive cashback:

•  15% — diesel fuel
•  10% — gasoline
•  5% — autogas

Program limits:
• up to 1000 UAH cashback per month
• up to 3000 UAH total limit within the program «National Cashback»

Terms of receipt:

Payment for fuel must be made non-cash with a card that is connected to the program «National Cashback», directly at participating gas stations.

How to use the program
1. Open a National Cashback card at MTB Bank (additional activations are not required for existing users)
2. Pay for fuel with a card at gas stations participating in the program
3. Cashback is accrued automatically
4. Cashback is paid by the end of the next month after purchase.
5. The funds received can be used for everyday needs: food, utilities and postal services, Ukrainian medicines, books or donated to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The term of the cashback program on fuel:
The program is valid until May 1, 2026.
