As a professional, I believe that active recreation is the key to maintaining energy, inspiration and overall well-being.
On my free days, I find solace in two hobbies that not only bring me joy, but also help me stay physically fit and mentally balanced. These are volleyball and hiking.

Volleyball – it is not only a sport for me, but also a great way to spend time with friends and colleagues. Playing volleyball on the beach, I feel real joy and a charge of positive emotions. This active type of recreation helps me to relieve stress after working days, as well as to maintain physical form. Joint play, team cooperation and a healthy spirit of rivalry – it's what gives me extra energy and motivation.

Hiking – another hobby of mine, which occupies an important place in my life. In 2022, I had the opportunity to conquer all the 2,000-thousanders of the Carpathians. It was an unforgettable experience that not only allowed me to enjoy the majesty of nature, but also to test my physical and moral strength. Walks on mountain paths, mountain views and the peace of the mountain air – these are the moments when I feel harmonious and restored. The mountains have become for me a place where I can refocus my thoughts, find peace and strength for new achievements.

These two hobbies help me maintain a balance between work and personal life, give me the opportunity to renew my strength and find new sources of inspiration.
I believe that everyone should find their own ways of rest and relaxation that will help conserve energy and maintain high productivity in the professional world life.
