Amendments to the Public Offer of PJSC "MTB BANK" for the conclusion of an agreement on complex banking services for individuals from June 10, 2024.

We inform you about changes to the Public Offer of PJSC "MTB BANK" on the conclusion of an agreement on complex banking services for individuals (hereinafter the Agreement), which enters into force on June 10, 2024.

The changes were made in connection with bringing them into line with the requirements of current legislation and updating the services that MTB Bank can provide to clients.

The concept of daily interest rate, its calculation and general expenses for a consumer loan has also been added. Amendments were made to Chapter VI PROCEDURE FOR PROVIDING BANKING SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE TERMS OF CONSUMER LOANS and Appendices 16-20 of the Consumer Credit Agreement.
