The program of affordable loans for business "5−7−9" has been expanded!

Surveys show that the expectations of business circles for 2024 are very optimistic. And the state, together with the banking system, provides new opportunities to accelerate growth in the coming year.

- processing enterprises
- energy efficient projects
- businesses in the de-occupied territories

Your business in the de-occupied territories can count on:

interest compensation up to the level of 1% for the first two years, 5% from the following year for investment purposes and 3% for working capital financing;
increasing the crediting period to 10 years for investment purposes;
increasing the limit to UAH 150 million (for enterprises that have suffered destruction and are operating in the de-occupied territories).

Your processing enterprises and those working in the direction of energy modernization can receive:

interest compensation up to the level of 5-7-9%;
increasing the crediting period to 10 years for investment purposes;
increasing the limit to UAH 150 million.

For all other cases, a rate of 13% per annum is set for financing working capital, therefore, the rate remains at the level of 5-7-9% for investment purposes.

Additionally: financial support for entrepreneurs under factoring agreements is provided by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund:

The maximum financing limit per counterparty and group is up to 95% of the amount of the monetary claim, or up to UAH 150 million
The maximum period of using factoring financing is 360 days. The state compensates the costs of paying the basic remuneration up to the level of 13% per annum
