National Cashback: deadline for using accumulated funds extended to July 31

The government has extended the period for using funds under the programs «National Cashback», «Winter Support» and fuel cashback until July 31, 2026.

The decision was made so that Ukrainians could use the funds after they were credited. The payment of the National Cashback for April began on July 3, as well as the fuel cashback, which was valid from March 20 to May 31.

After July 31, 2026, unused funds under these programs will be returned to the state budget. At the same time, the «National Cashback» program continues to operate as usual.

Cashback amount
The maximum amount of accruals is up to 3,000 UAH per month.

What can you spend the National Cashback on?

The accrued funds can be used for:
• housing and communal services;
• medicines and medical products;
• books and printed products;
• postal services;
• Ukrainian-made products;
• charitable contributions and donations to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

What is changing for future accruals?
Cashback accrued for May, June and subsequent months can be used until the end of the month in which martial law is terminated or canceled, but no later than April 30, 2028.

As a reminder, the program «National Cashback» — is a state initiative that stimulates the purchase of Ukrainian-made goods and allows citizens to receive a refund of part of the funds spent.

How to join the program?

1️⃣ Open a National Cashback card at MTB Bank.
2️⃣ Define cards for purchases and grant permission to transfer transaction information.
3️⃣ Select the National Cashback card to transfer payments in the «Diya» application.
4️⃣ Buy Ukrainian-made goods and receive cashback automatically.
