As Yury Kralov, Chairman of the Management Board, recently answered in one of his interviews:
What is 30 years for the Bank?
It's like a man who not only got a passport, got an education and a profession, but is already a family man who understands what he wants to get from life. He understands his values and preferences, and with this understanding he moves forward in life.

You can't call our banking path simple: we changed shareholders, the name of the bank several times, experienced crises, but in spite of everything, we did not stop and moved forward.

And it is because of the difficulties and challenges that come before us that we become stronger, open up new potential and expand our views and opportunities.

The bank's team has an understanding of which segments we work with, which added value we create, which services we should provide, and which values for the team are the most important and more important than money.
