The PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is an international set of payment card data security requirements developed by the PCI Security Standards Council with the participation of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB. Certification is conducted annually by independent auditors and covers all processes where the bank stores, processes or transmits cardholder data: from network infrastructure and servers to personnel access policies.
Confirmation of compliance means that MTB Bank:
- card data storage and processing are built according to international security rules;
- IT infrastructure regularly undergoes independent audits and penetration testing;
- sensitive data access processes are controlled in accordance with the requirements of the standard;
- bank clients can safely use card services, the mobile MTB360 application and MTB Internet banking Business.
«Confirmation of PCI DSS compliance — is the daily systematic work of our information security team, IT specialists and operational departments. It is important for us that every bank client is confident that his funds and data are protected at the level of the world's leading banks».
The next scheduled revalidation of PCI DSS compliance at MTB Bank is scheduled for May 31, 2027. The bank continues to invest in the development of the cybersecurity system and the technological stability of remote service channels.
In Ukraine, there are more and more real investment cases in new industries - renewable energy, processing and production of building materials.
