MTB BANK optimizes its branch network

Over the past year, MTB BANK has carried out a digital transformation of the provision of its services and increased the level of service in its branches. Now the bank's clients can receive services thanks to the “Diia” («Дія») application, without providing paper documents. The MTB360 mobile application allows you to perform many of the most common operations. Therefore, the bank is optimizing its branch network in order to increase the efficiency and comfort of servicing its customers.

We remind you that from December 25, 2021 Dobroslavske branch No. 14 (Pervomaiska st., 56a) will be closed, from December 27 we are expecting all customers at the address: 74 Krymska str., Odesa city, in the department No. 15. We also inform you that from January 1, 2022 the clients will be transferred from the Odesa branch No. 12, located on 7a Katerynynska square, to the Odesa branch No. 30 at the address: 10 Derybasivska str.. Cash transactions for individuals, as well as maintenance of deposit safes remains unchanged at the address: 7a Katerynynska square.
