Free cybersecurity workshops from the EMA Association

In the summer of 2026, bank clients, entrepreneurs and everyone who uses digital services will have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge in payment and digital security for free.

The «EMA» Association, of which MTB Bank is a member, is holding a series of cybersecurity workshops at the «Diya.Business centers in Ternopil, Kharkiv and Rivne.

Today, phishing messages, fake websites, hacked accounts and payment fraud are becoming increasingly common. That is why it is especially important to know how to protect your personal data, bank accounts and digital services.

The events are held within the framework of the all-Ukrainian cycle "Cybersecurity for non-cyber experts: how to protect personal and work data". During February-June 2026, workshops have already been held in Kryvyi Rih, Kyiv, Bucha, Dnipro, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kremenchuk, Uzhhorod, Odessa and Lutsk.

The participants noted the practical format of the events, real cases and tools that can be used in everyday life and work.

What will you learn at the workshops?

Participants will receive practical knowledge about:

• real payment fraud scenarios and ways to protect against them;

• cyber hygiene tools for business and everyday life;

• security of mobile applications and the role of a smartphone in financial protection;

• checking websites and links for signs of fraud;

• algorithm of actions in case of account hacking or payment fraud. The workshops are aimed at a wide audience and do not require special knowledge in the field of cybersecurity. The author and lecturer of the workshops is Raisa Fedorovskaya, head of the EMA Academy and the Cybersecurity School of the EMA Association, an expert with many years of experience in combating payment fraud.
