Dear customers of the Bank,

To care for safety of the electronic deals is also within your responsibility, that’s why we recommend you to carefully read the following recommendations of the Bank:

 

• Don’t inform your personal access passwords to the other persons. If you suspect that your passwords have been compromised, you shall contact the Bank immediately.
• In creating the password use letters (upper and lower case) and digits. The length of the password shall not be less than 6 symbols. Don’t keep passwords in the places of public access. Use the combination of symbols suitable for memorizing.
• Don’t leave the access tools to the electronic services—generated keys, USB-tokens—unprotected.
• Before entering your password in the entrance window of the remote access system make sure that there is the image of the lock in the lower right corner of the screen. The address of the page shall begin with http:// This means that you are in the secured page of the Bank.

Don’t inform your personal access passwords responding to the letters or phone calls from the persons stating that they are the representatives of the Bank. MTB Bank will in no case ask you to inform your confidential data via phone call or e-mail.
