Voluntary medical insurance

Voluntary health insurance is a benefit which every large Ukrainian company includes to their social package. An employer who wants to insure their personnel displays loyalty and care about their health.

Advantages

The VHI program is intended to protect the insured’s interests when incurring medical treatment-related expenses. For that purpose, an employee or an individual selects a package offering medical services which the employee can use free of charge. Medical bills will be paid by the insurance company whose client the employee is. Unlike the Accident Insurance package, this program provides coverage not only in emergency situations. Depending on package, the options include:

• emergency assistance (including private clinics: Odrex, Saint Catherine Clinic)
• outpatient / polyclinic examination
• doctor’s visit at home (under a declaration signed with Family Doctor’s Ambulatory LLC)
• consultations by specialized healthcare professionals
• inpatient treatment
• surgeries, etc.

Like in the case of Third Party Liability Insurance, MTB Bank offers VHI agreements for a period of up to one year.

Conditions

We offer protection under one of the three insurance programs.

• Insurance amounts from 50 000 to 100 000 UAH.

• Unlimited consultation with a family doctor;
• Visit to the doctor if necessary;
• Extract recipes and various references;
• Preventive examinations;
• Pregnancy support;
• Consultations of narrow specialists;
• Laboratory tests;
• Instrumental diagnostics (ultrasound, x-ray, endoscopy, MRI, CT, etc.);
• Medical manipulations and operations.
