FIXED TERM INTERBANK

• The Term Interbank bank deposit provides for automatic agreement
  renewal (at the Customer’s option).
• The depositor who has given consent to the automatic extension of the deposit storage period has the
  right to:

- Submit an application to the Bank’s branch to cancel the automatic extension
 of the deposit storage period. Such an application may be submitted by the Depositor not later than 1 business (banking) day preceding the day of expiration of the deposit storage period (regular period).
 - Cancel the automatic extension of the deposit
 storage period in the MTB360 mobile app. The Depositor may carry out this operation no later than 1 calendar day preceding the day of expiration of the deposit storage period (regular period).

• In case of refusal of automatic renewal, after the Term Interbank bank
  deposit expires, the funds are paid by crediting to the
  current account of the Customer opened with the Bank, without further accrual of interest.
• The Depositor, who failed, when signing the Application for Accession, to consent to the automatic
  extension of the deposit storage period, has the right:

- To apply to the Bank’s branch no later than 1 business
 (banking) day preceding the expiration of the deposit storage period (regular period), with an application
for enabling the automatic extension of the deposit storage period under the relevant
 agreement.
 - To enable the automatic extension of the deposit storage
 period in the MTB360 mobile app. The Depositor may carry out this operation no later than 1
 calendar day preceding the day of expiration of the
 deposit storage period (regular period).

• In case of automatic renewal of the agreement for a new term, the interest
   rate is set in the amount applicable to the Term Interbank deposit as of the date of renewal.
• Interest is accrued on the actual balance of funds available on the account for
   every calendar day, starting from the day following the day of receipt of
   funds to the deposit account of the Depositor and ending on the day
   preceding the day of return of the deposit from the deposit account of the

• The terms of the Term Interbank bank deposit agreement do not provide for the possibility of
  replenishing the deposit.

• The Bank does not require the Customer to purchase any goods or services from the Bank or from the Bank’s

  bank deposit (except for opening a current account using a payment card to receive interest on the deposit and the deposit at expiration).
• MTB BANK, PJSC is a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund. In case the National Bank of Ukraine decides to revoke the banking licence and liquidate the bank on the grounds set in Part 2, Article 77 of the Law of Ukraine On Banks and Banking, the DGF shall guarantee to each depositor of this bank the reimbursement of funds held on deposits (including interest) as of the end of the day preceding the starting day of the bank liquidation proceeding, but not exceeding the deposit reimbursement ceiling set as of the date of this decision regardless of the number of deposits with one bank. Three months after the day following the day of termination or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine, introduced by Decree No. 64/2022 of the President of Ukraine On the Introduction of Martial Law in Ukraine dated 24 February 2022, approved by the Law of Ukraine On Approval of Decree No. 2102-IX of the President of Ukraine On the Introduction of Martial Law in Ukraine dated 24 February 2022 (hereinafter referred to as Martial Law in Ukraine), the amount of the deposit reimbursement ceiling may not be less than UAH 600,000. During the martial law in Ukraine and three months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine, the Fund shall reimburse each depositor of the bank in the full amount of the deposit, including interest accrued as of the end of the day preceding the day of commencement of withdrawal of the bank from the market, except as provided for in Part 4 of Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine On the Deposit Guarantee System for Individuals.
