WARNING! Changes from 01.12.2023, regarding the acceptance of payments for the payment of taxes and fees

Dear customers, from December 1, 2023, the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated March 22, 2023 No. 148 came into force, which provides for the filling of the "Purpose of payment" requisites for budget payments EXCLUSIVELY according to structured templates, namely:

Payment to the budget (1): indicating the payment type code
special feature: the "payment destination" requisite is structured and consists of two different fields
[Payment type code][space][additional information]

Payment to the budget (2): to a single account, without a payment type code, and WITHOUT the direction of funds transfer
special feature: the "payment destination" requisite is structured and consists of one field
[purpose of payment]

Payment to the budget (4): for the lease of state property
special feature: the "payment destination" requisite is structured and consists of two fields
[budget revenue classification code][space][additional information]

In the details [additional information], you can write what you consider necessary, including the name of the payer, identification code, 8-digit payment code in any sequence, BUT NOT MORE THAN 140 characters.
When using the template '[Payment type code][space][additional information]' in MTB-Bussines, do not use the 'Budget' menu.

When importing budget payments to MTB Bussines in valid CSV, TXT, XML formats, you must use the same structured payment destination '[Payment type code][space][additional information]' (without quotes).
The structure of the current payment import formats will not change, but a new format (pain.001) in XML format for importing budget payments will be added later.

WARNING!
From 01.12.2023, all payments in the old (unstructured) format that correspond to the template are automatically rejected:
*;[Payment type code];[Payer identification code];[Additional information]'.

The bank will provide additional information about the finalization of the on-screen payment creation form in MTB Business and the introduction of a new format for importing budget payments in XML format (pain.001).
