In accordance with the Laws of Ukraine (Nos. 530 and 533) on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine aimed at preventing the occurrence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), it is stipulated for the period of quarantine or restrictive measures related to the spread of COVID-19:

• suspension of the obligation to fulfill the main obligation, the fulfillment of which is secured by a mortgage, and to prevent foreclosure on the subject of mortgages for the period of quarantine or restrictive measures related to the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19);
• the prohibition of accrual and collection of forfeit (fines, penalties) for late payments for housing and communal services;
• the prohibition of accrual and collection of forfeit (fines, penalties) for untimely payments on consumer loans and an increase in the interest rate or any other mandatory payments on consumer loans.
