Dear customers, if you are the owner of current accounts and current accounts using payment cards of PJSC "MTB BANK" without balance of funds on the account and have not used them for 12 consecutive months since the last transaction, we inform you that the specified accounts are subject to closure in accordance with Part 2 of Article 1075 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and Clause 4.12. of Section II of the Public Offer to conclude an agreement on complex banking services for individuals. In case of activation (renewal of funds movement on the account) before September 8, 2023, the account will NOT be closed.
For activation, we recommend that you carry out any profitable or settlement operation for any amount on this account by September 8, 2023.
If the flow of funds is not resumed on the account by September 8, 2023, PJSC "MTB BANK" will consider that the Client has given his consent to the termination of the contract and the closing of the account in accordance with clause 4.13. of Section II of the Public Offer to conclude an agreement on complex banking services for individuals.
