Dear customers!

Work  with clients begins  January 4, 2022. Work in the SEP of the NBU begins at 9 a.m. on January 1, 2022, the banking day of January 4, 2022.

December 25, 26, 27, 2021 - weekends (excluding branches with individual work schedules);

December 30, 2021 - SEP works until 24:00. The foreign exchange market of Ukraine, the depository of the National Bank and other systems of the National Bank are operating as usual.

The last day for settlements with counterparties in the national currency, the last day for buying/selling foreign currency at the Foreign Exchange Market and payment under foreign exchange contracts - December 31, 2021 (bank branches will work on a reduced schedule) :

-  until 13:00, only intra-bank payments are made, as well as payments from SEP participants to the National Bank and bodies of the State Treasury Service;

-  until 3:00 p.m., employees of the Central Bank's operational departments close ATM transactions, close transit accounts and accounts receivable.

-  cash transactions are carried out until 2:30 p.m. Interest and credit payments received from individuals before 2:30 p.m. must be distributed from transit accounts by 3:00 p.m., cash received on bank customer accounts must also be credited by 3:00 p.m., cash received for the benefit of 3 persons remains on transit accounts accounts until January 4, 2022.

CAUTION!

All, without exception, the cash desks of the Central and Regional branches   will be closed on December 31, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. (the working hours of the bank branches will be confirmed separately). It will be impossible to carry out any cash transaction after 14:30, under no circumstances, the bank will start the procedure for closing the reporting year.  

January 1, 2022 is a holiday, the banking day at SEP starts at 9:00 a.m. with the date of banking day January 04, 2022, i.e. the bank's clients can make payments at SEP on weekends within the framework of the bank's business rules.

 On January 01-03, 2022, bank branches that work on weekends and holidays conduct operations with the banking day date of January 04, 2022.

January 4, 2022, the first working day in 2022, the usual schedule for working with clients! The foreign exchange market of Ukraine, the depository of the National Bank and other systems of the National Bank are operating as usual.

On January 6, 2022, a reduced working day (with the exception of branches with an individual work schedule);

January 7, 8, 9, 2022 - weekends (excluding branches with individual work schedules). The bank's clients can make intrabank payments and payments to the SEP on weekends within the framework of the bank's business rules 23/7
