Advice on Telephone Safe Use

MTB Bank has taken all the technical safety measures to make sure that you may communicate with the Information service of the bank by phone.

To ensure safety follow the instructions below:

• You are fully responsible for protection of your secret access code. Thus you need to be more careful.
• Personal identification number (PIN) needs to be memorized immediately after the receipt of the card and shall not be kept further.
• Don’t inform you PIN-code to anyone, even to your family members.
• Don’t inform your PIN-code to the other people even if they say that they represent the interests of the Bank or are the employees of the Bank. They may be trying to force you to disclose this information.

Perform all the transactions yourself. Don’t allow anyone to help you during the transaction, informing them the code or giving them the card.
